Natural Rubber & Latex Subscription Report
This document states what an H Alpha subscription to Natural Rubber & Latex observes, what its price is measured against, and what the platform holds on the commodity at the moment the document was generated. Figures are read from the platform's own stores at render time. Quotations are reproduced verbatim from the commodity registry.
What this document is, and is not. It is a statement of scope and method. It is not an offer, not a price assessment, and not a recommendation to trade. No counterparty is named and no figure below is presented as a quotable price unless its own basis says it is one. Where the platform holds nothing, this document says so.
THE RECORD
I.The record on this commodity

What the platform holds on Natural Rubber & Latex, counted at the moment this document was generated. Every figure below is read from the store the page that uses it reads; none is estimated, and a count the platform cannot honestly make is stated as absent rather than shown as zero.

THE COMMODITY
II.What Natural Rubber & Latex is, and what H Alpha does with it

Natural rubber moves in two grades that price separately: technically specified block rubber, TSR 20 above all, which the tyre industry buys, and ribbed smoked sheet. Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Côte d'Ivoire carry supply; China, India, the United States, Japan and the European Union carry demand, and tyre production is roughly seventy per cent of the end use. It prices against synthetic rubber and therefore against crude, and against the physical premium of latex-grade material into the glove trade.

What the subscription does with it

The subscription reads the declared record on the block and sheet headings separately, keeps producers, dealers, tyre makers and glove makers in one book with the role stamped on each row, and states the price basis as the registry defines it. Where the daily physical print for this commodity sits behind an all-rights-reserved licence, the platform does not republish it — it names the gap and says what it is publishing instead.

The registry’s note on the headings this subscription reads:
THE FILED PLANNED ROW DECLARED 400122 + 400110. 400121 was ADDED by this build, not substituted: the cleanest free monthly price here is the Pink Sheet 'Rubber, RSS3' column, RSS is the SMOKED SHEET product and it declares under 4001.21. Registering the anchor without its HS line would leave a price with no customs, flow or unit-value line to be read against. NOT opened: 400129, 400130, and all of HS 4002 — synthetic rubber is a different commodity and a different trade.
400110 natural rubber latex, pre-vulcanised or not (concentrate); 400121 natural rubber in smoked sheets (RSS); 400122 technically specified natural rubber (TSNR)
The registry’s caveat on the price anchor:
BOTH PINK SHEET RUBBER COLUMNS ARE QUOTED IN $/kg, unlike every other Pink Sheet leg in this platform ($/mt) — the loader multiplies by 1,000 and says so on the write. Published definitions: 'RSS3 grade, Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd (SICOM) nearby contract' and 'TSR 20, Technically Specified Rubber, SICOM nearby contract'. BOTH ARE NEARBY FUTURES AVERAGED OVER THE MONTH and are never presented as a delivered physical price. RSS3 and TSR20 are different grades and different trades; the spread is the story, an average of them is a fiction. THE DAILY GAP: this commodity HAS a free daily physical print — ANRPC (SMR20 / STR20 / SIR20 / BKK RSS3, US$/kg) and the Malaysian Rubber Council's republication of Malaysian Rubber Board daily SMR20 and bulk latex — but both pages reserve all rights and state NO reuse terms, so neither is written (MRC_PARSE_CONFIRMED=False; the MRB's own MRE page was HTTP 500 on 2026-09-07). IMF PCPS PRUBB resolves free and keyless but is the SAME SICOM RSS3 print in cents/lb — cross-check only, never a second key. SICOM/SGX settlement is paid; NCDEX bars commercial use (LIC-01); Comtrade is internal-use-only (LIC-02). No forward call is published.
THE NINE PAGES
III.The nine pages, what each does, and a line from each

Every subscription is one commodity and the same nine pages, in the order they are worked. Under each is a single line taken from that page as it stands today — one line, not the page. A page marked opening is not yet reachable for this commodity; where its line is drawn from a commodity that is already open, the line carries that commodity’s name.

METHOD
IV.Method, provenance and terms

Every figure carries its source and its date. No number appears here or on the platform without the store it was read from and the date that store stamped it. A figure that cannot carry both is not published.

Print age, never fetch age. A price is aged from the date the source printed it. Re-fetching a monthly series nightly does not make it daily, and it is not presented as though it did.

The mark is named, never chosen. The headline price is the series the commodity registry names for this commodity. Where the store holds several for one commodity, none is picked by position or recency.

Absence is stated. Where the platform holds nothing, it says what is missing and why. A dash or an omitted section would read as completeness that has not been earned.

Deterministic. Figures are read and arithmetic is applied. No figure here or on the platform is the output of a language model.

Terms

Registration is open and no fee is being collected. A registration records who asked and which commodity; H Alpha comes back to the address given. No account is created and nothing is owed on registration.

The record is assembled from two sources: World Bank Pink Sheet, UN Comtrade. Each is free to consult and each is named on every figure it produces, so a subscriber can go to the source and check the number rather than take it.
