Dried fruit is a basket trade — sultanas and raisins, dried apricots, figs, dates, prunes, cranberries — held together by shared processing, shared shipping form and shared buyers, not by one price. Türkiye, Iran, Chile, the United States, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and South Africa carry supply; the European Union, the United Kingdom, Russia, India and the Gulf carry demand. Grade turns on calibre or count per kilo, moisture, sulphur treatment and defect tolerance, and the crop year matters more here than in most agri trades.

The subscription reads the declared record on each fruit's own HS heading rather than a single basket line, so the lanes are separable, and keeps packers, exporters and importers in one book. Where no free weekly price exists for a line — which is the ordinary case in this trade — the platform states that plainly and publishes no mark for it rather than deriving one.
